2 Month Checkup

Our little boy is getting so big!! He had his 2 month appointment yesterday and he has grown so much--I can't believe it. He now weighs 13 lbs 1 1/2 oz, and is 24 inches long. He is outgrowing some of his 3 month outfits already--so sad!! I wish there was a way to freeze time so I could enjoy these precious moments a little longer. It was so sad to have to give him his vaccinations at the doctor's office. I almost cried myself. I held back because I knew the nurse would have thought I was pathetic! He just looked at me with his big blue eyes and then started to scream!! I felt horrible. He felt miserable afterwards too. He slept most of the day but would wake up periodically and start crying (hurt cry). He is feeling much better today and that makes Mama happy!! : )

Landon's Blessing Day

So this posting is a little late!! Our computer has been having issues--so it has taken a while to get this posted. Our little Landon was blessed on November 30th. It was so neat to have all of our family here for the special occasion. I am so grateful Landon has such awesome people to look up to. David is such an amazing Daddy, and he gave him such a wonderful blessing. I was crying through the entire thing. I just LOVE this little guy so much!! It is amazing how much you can love a child in an instant. Landon has been such a blessing to our family. He brings us so much joy! Each day we are so excited with his new developments. He is such a happy baby.

Thanksgiving Fun!

We were able to spend this Thanksgiving with all of David's family. It was awesome to have everyone here. It is a rare occasion to get all the siblings and parents together. We had family come to Utah from Washington, Nevada, and California. David had been talking about it for months! : ) We reserved a church meetinghouse to hold everyone. There was around 60 people---it was chaos, but also a lot of fun! A big thanks goes out to Cindy (David's sister) for putting it all together. I know it was a big stressful event to plan, but she did awesome! I am so THANKFUL for her.
